Users may not make any use of this trademark, trade name or service mark except as expressly authorized in these terms and conditions or except as expressly agreed to in writing between the user and D3A2's authorized representative prior to any such use.
This repository may contain text, data, software, digital photographs, graphics, videos, music, sounds or other information and material ("content") that is protected by state, national and international law pertaining to copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets and other proprietary rights.

D3A2 is not responsible for any opinions, advice or statements made by others. D3A2 does not monitor the content contained in the repository, although it retains the right to do so.
